1)Find the file named Program Files located in you hard drive.
2)Inside your program files find the image-line folder.
3)Once inside the image-line folder click your Fl Studio version.
4)Next click on the Plugins folder and inside that go to the VST folder.
5)Drag and drop your VST that you downloaded in to this folder. It should be a .dll file.
6)Inside Fl Studio, go to channels-add one-more.
7)When the dialog box comes up, click refresh-fast scan and the VST should be installed.
