1)Navigate to your local disk.
2)Go to Program files.
3)Go to the image-line folder.
4)Navigate inside the Fl Studio folder.
5)Go to the artwork folder.
6) Drag and drop the skins that you downloaded inside the folder named skins.
7) After that open up Fl Studio and go to Options--General Settings
8) At the bottom of the dialog box click on the skins drop down box and select your new skin.
9) Enjoy your new Fl Studio skin.
